"The service at Nobu was outstanding. I had missed my connecting flight and called the hotel to cancel my dinner reservation. Isidro then arranged for a transportation from the Bilbao airport and he even had a very delicious dinner brought to my room just when I arrived (shortly before midnight). This was really exceptional! Thank you so much! And also everyone else was very nice and helpful and the food (also breakfast) was amazing. "
