"Lovely Large Chalet-style Hotel that is trying hard to be a 4 Star but is closer to 3.5 Stars. The room service staff were very attentive albeit frightened of providing real customer service for fear of the management. For example, I requested an extra T-Bag. There were only two supplied in the room. I had waited all day for the room to be ready because it had been over-looked for cleaning in the morning, so the staff were still cleaning at 6 pm, after I returned from skiing. The house-maid...

"I was able to walk easily to the downtown area for food or eat at the hotel. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. There was limited parking near the hotel but I was able to have one of the 4 spots they have. It is easy to find and is great for a weekend of skiing. "
