Things are a bit dirty and we had troubles with a lot of the lighting. Overall the place satisfied but we do get tired of places advertising having pools and booking based off of that and then they are not working or not available.

This is fantastic property that has been recently renovated. I stayed for two nights with my sister's in a double room and it was great, close enough to the highway to get to the airport in 20mins but far away enough to not be bothered by any vehicular noise...clean and quiet, just 6mins from major shopping and food places were like 2mins away. The room and grounds were verrrry clean. I booked this hotel based on the wood floors in the room from the pics and the great size of the space... It was just as seen on the Expedia website. There is a little carpeting at the entrance of the room and the rest is wood. The breakfast was decent....eggs sausages toast, bagels cereal etc. You can also get juice coffee tea and cereals at night as well. The front desk staff is also very helpful and pleasant.

The property is newly remodeled and modernized. Everything was clean and as expected, except our tv didnt work and we were told there was nothing they could do. With 3 children in the room, who had been in the car for 5 hours, the tv was much needed. Mediocre breakfast but edible.

The property has undergone a change in ownership. There are improvements being made but they have a ways to go. My assigned room was comfortable and newly renovated. Still had a couple of punch list items to address, though. Staff was pleasant. I would likely stay again.

First, this is a Motel, not a hotel. I prefer the security of a Hotel where the front door opens to a hallway, not opening to the whole world. Springfield has a lot of homeless people so it was a concern. The bed was horribly hard and sat on an all metal box that squeaked when you got in or rolled over. The lobby has been renovated and is nicely done. The room had been renovated but it was an older property and the bathroom was super tiny. You had to leave the toilet room door closed, it was so tight. The cable was Dish Network so the choices were very limited. Breakfast was very plain although adequate. Coffee was so so and there was no decaf. On the good side, the people working there were the friendliest I’ve ever seen! Also the location is really good with easy access to main roads and a walking greenway trail.

Good to Really Good but not Excellent
The overall stay was good. I felt like one our beds wasn't freshly made and there was some dirt in corners. There was also no place to hang our things but they are doing some remodeling. But all new and mostly clean. Rooms are good sized. Breakfast was nothing fancy but nice that it was offered.

Lovely stay!
Staff was very friendly and welcoming. From the front desk to the janitor, everyone was helpful and friendly. A couple small maintenance issues (the bathroom faucet leaked a bit and the front door lock was hard to open and the deadbolt wouldn’t work), but we really enjoyed our stay.

Room not properly cleaned and there was drug paraphernalia found in the chair. The property was partially remodeled. The room was dusty to the point that we were leaving footprints (maybe from construction?) also didn’t have a blow dryer or an iron in the room, which we would have used. They refunded one night due to our findings. The property has potential but we did not have a good experience.
