Great staff! Clean room, comfortable beds, nice sheets. Breakfast on a Wednesday, was delightful! Fresh strawberries, fresh avocado, grapes, lots of other choices- even a fresh fruit smoothie made to order (no extra charge). The grounds are nice if you’re looking for a place to get some air. We would stay here again.

The room was clean, dark and quiet. What prompts the two star rating is the lack of hot water in the morning. I let the faucet run in the bath for a good long while, but it didn't quite get to lukewarm. When I advised the front desk of this, I was thanked and the man said he would check the boiler. I think an offer of a credit would have been in order.

I cannot say enough good about this property. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are large and CLEAN. The property is quiet, and the grounds are beautiful. The town of North Hampton is not far away for dinner and strolls. Will definitely stay there again.

It was convenient to get to Northampton to attend Paradise City. The facilities were great. The room was spacious and pleasant. There was a pool and hot tub that we would have used if I’d remembered my swim suit. I definitely would stay there in the future.
