"Save your money and stay somewhere else. This hotel happily took my money but didn’t honour my reservation that I had already paid for through Expedia!!! I made this reservation back in November and paid for it in its entirety. Went to check in and they said they didn’t have a room for us!! Left us completely stranded in one of the busiest weekends in Squamish. "

"Beautiful location, great staff, amazing views & great food. Only complaint is the mattress was pretty lumpy & uncomfortable; but everything else was perfection. Happy Hour oysters were the best I’ve ever had, breakfast was fantastic. "

"Pleased to have some breakfast options now. Room clean. Staff very good. I arrived in Squamish early, contacted reception, there was no room ready at that time, totally understood as I was three hours early but within 15 minutes I received a callback, without me requesting one, to say there was a room available. So appreciative as it was a cold and rainy day. Thanks for going a step above and taking the time to help out a client. Well done to the lady on reception September 6th. "
