Love the outdoor life. The beach is truly a few steps away. We were traveling with our pets (2) and paid extra for an ocean front room. When booking online the system lets you book any room. When we arrived we were told we had to stay in pet designated rooms which is fine. But none of them were comparable to ocean front or anything nice. It’s almost as if they punish you for staying with a pet. If that’s the case then don’t say you are pet friendly. The room was terrible. Very old and the vent covered and I mean absolutely covered in dust. It smelled musty very strongly. We only stayed one night and moved onto a different hotel.

I wasn’t aware that there was an additional parking fee for each night- so surprised $50 was not appreciated. I also emailed a picture to front desk clerk of the mattress. It had a big hole or sunken area on one side.

The night shift attendant had a terrible attitude. Our door did not close at all!! You can easily open just by pushing. Which is concerning. So if there is something to suggest, I will suggest to fix that and also to make the customer aware so they can at least be warned and prepare. Rather than that the restaurant staff was courteous and friendly

Had a great experience at the resort. Staff very friendly and clean rooms. Will definitely stay here again. Everything is convenient and in walking distance. But you really don't got to leave 3 great restaurants on site

We have been to the Sirata a few times and for the money things have diminished as far as amenities. You have to pay for chairs on the beach the value is not there anymore.

The room desperately needed an update. When entering the room to a humidifier, I got worried. The rust on the “desk” and the paint peeling from the bathroom door was less than ideal. We only stayed a couple days, so we didn’t complain. The pool area, restaurants, activity area, and location were excellent!

The beach was wonderful but the room was olser and small and not well kept. The tub was not draining. Overall was fine, we paid to be by the beach.

I was told that 250 dollars were going to be put on hold until I check out, I paid 90 for dinner with the room key plus 2 days of parking, I don’t think that equals to my 250 dollar deposit, I after I check out they took another 15 dollars from my card that’s a total of 270

The location is perfect and the beach is amazing. The staff is very friendly and the restaurants are reasonably priced. However, the biggest downfall is the property itself. The building is very old and the needs an urgent upgrade. The carpet is very old and needs an upgrade. The bathrooms also need ann upgrade as well. Overall, it was a nice stay and very relaxing.
