"The staff was nice and friendly but my experience was just of bad luck one of the nights the enter city of Poughkeepsie was out of power no electricity no hot water no a/c That night was hell for me. The other nights I kept hearing this banging like something was hitting the floor or jumping on the floor, am not sure if it’s the pipes or their heater but it was pretty annoying made it hard to sleep. "
