"My room was clean. I reserved three rooms. I was in a room Fri and Sat. I asked if I could check in my other two rooms a bit early because we were going to a wedding. The staff was not at all accommodating. Also, the waffle machine was broken. The ice machine was not working. Other than that all was fine."

"The hotel is well kept and clean. I personally did not like that it was located in an empty mall, felt unsafe and was worried that about my car rental. I did see they had cameras from most views. Customer service was okay, check in employee really nice however when checking out, that employee was not, not even a good morning or thank you for choosing their hotel."

"Cleanest of the hotel was okay, and the cleanest of the room was ok, the room did have a oder I think it was the carpet, good thing I had Lysol spray We would stay again if we had to."

"My stay at Star City Inn & Suites was friendly,the lady that is over the place was very understanding to my situation, death situation and my dogs 2, I was given a ground floor room next too the outer door to make it easier on me physically. The air conditioner was Great! The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. My step-brother even went out of his way to get a room at the hotel. The staff was very accommodating. if I'm ever this way again l will stay here again."
