"check in was great. very friendly staff. room was nice. remote and tv were fidgetty having to hold remote exactly in the right spot to operate tv was annoying but not terrible. indoor pool was closed for maintenance which was one of the reasons i chose this hotel. breakfast was free and really good. sheets werent clean and had black ashes, hair etc. drawer on night stand had plastic tube and wrapper from blunt shell packaging. bed was very firm so woke up multiple times. overall not a bad...

"My husband and I had a wonderful time in the Hawks Bay Cottage. Very cozy and romantic. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!"
