The hotel staff was awesome, very helpful. Rooms were nice, and there is a decent common area space as well. Breakfast is okay, poor drip coffee, the rest of the food was your standard breakfast - nothing to write home about.

The heating in the room was not working and the temperature in Stockholm was around 9-14 degrees so I felt cold. The receptionist said a heater can be provided. They struggle to find one and in the end I was provided with a very noisy heater. I appreciate that they tried hard to look for a heater but it took them very long and I am not happy with the noisy heater.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. I traveled alone and felt very safe. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The hotel was right next to transport as well as local within distance walking to touristic places. Definitely recommend a single room was so cozy, clean and spacious. Would definitely come back. I also had free breakfast included which was amazing as I had many options to choose from :)

I enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. It was close to the train station and it was very easy to walk to Gamla Stan and other areas of the city. While the rooms were small, the fun decor made up for any drawbacks due to size. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I told them I had to check out early - before breakfast - in order to catch my flight, they made up a meal and had it waiting for me when I checked out! I'll be in Stockholm again next year, and will plan on staying there again.

This is the 2nd time i have stayed at this hotel. I find it so convenient for travelling to and from the airport. The hotel is lovely rooms are great good shower pressure. So quiet i had a room overlooking the courtyard it was so quiet. Breakfast is plentiful hot and cold options. Ideal position for bars and restaurants and easy walkable to any parts of the city.

素晴らしいホテル
とてもよいホテルでした。 中央駅の目の前でアクセスは最高、部屋も綺麗で狭さも特に気になりませんでした。 しいて言えばアメニティやセーフティボックス、冷蔵庫などがあればベストでした。 朝食は宿泊期間中メニューは変わりませんでしたが、そんなことは気にならないほどどれもおいしく大満足です。 周辺のホテルと比べてもコスパも良く、また機会があったら泊まりたいと思います。
