Brand new hotel So bound to be fine and dandy. Parking should be included, an extra £7 was taking the mick I thought. Breakfast was just ok, barely warm, but would have been nice if it had been fresh

I liked the fact that the property was 'up to date' in its overall appearance and facilities. I didn't like that it did not have the option or service of 'room service' for food delivery, etc., if even for limited hours each day.

Use this hotel when visiting relations in Stockton. Position is great. Handy chargeable car park. Very comfy beds and quiet rooms. Used this hotel 3 or 4 times a year since it opened. Stayed June 2024 and found that our room was not as clean as usual, very dusty. Breakfast buffet was only luke warm. Only drink decaf coffee and could not get a decaf cappuccino at breakfast, and only scrambled eggs available. Probably use the hotel again but only because of the convenience.

Fantastic stay.
Impeccably clean and spacious standard Queen room. With tea and coffee and a huge TV if needed. Great view of the river. Staff incredibly attentive and friendly. Great buffet brreakfast. Within few meters of river and walk routes. Round the corner from Hope & Union bar, The Georgian Theatre/ bar and the Arc.

I was a late checkin, after midnight . The Assistant Night Manager was excellent a credit to your company . The room was very clean and comfortable. I had a room service pizza which was rather large but very good . Breakfast was included and there was a good range of Buffett items which were regularly replenished by welcoming staff

Fantastic,clean and friendly hotel
The car park was clean ,on entering we were greeted by a friendly team ,booking in was fast and easy ,the whole hotel was clean and easy to navigate. A great night's sleep for the family no noise ,a great shower in the morning . Breakfast was very good a great selection and brilliant staff there to help with anything you needed and a waffle machine , everything was spotless and filled as soon as required,we would go here again
