The location was easy to reach by streetcar, and a 3 - 5 min walk. Very good area for shopping and restaurants, and close to the Munster. Our room was clean and modern mixed with some European charm. Same comment for the bathroom. The desk clerk was very helpful answering our questions.

While not walkable from the train station, which it what I was hoping for, it was easy to access by trolley. I loved the hotel because it is two blocks away from the cathedral and a few minutes walk to the ponts.

Excellent location near sights, one block from cathedral and petit France and tram station. Quiet room, woke at 4 am and didn’t hear anything but in bathroom could hear party goers. had good air conditioning. No soap when we arrived and had to go to desk WiFi had to be activated after we requested. Good breakfast and super friendly staff.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved that they have 24/7 desk attendants. Our train was several hours late se we didn't get in till around 2am, and they were helpful and kind even at that hour. Room service was pristine. Always very clean. The only complaint would be the WiFi, which would disconnect frequently and was slow when it was connected.

Staff and location were great but I wouldn’t recommend the Mansard rooms if you’re above Hobbit size. It will be you that goes “bump in the night.” … but very clean and nice facilities.
