"A pleasent friendly welcome and service, let down only by one member of staff more interested in hiding with her phone rather than attending to breakfast service. On that day only cold "hot" food ( most dishes missing) no coffee offered, hot water for tea was cold, bread was missing, cereals unfilled. Other days were plentiful and satisfactory."

Überwurf wurde auch nicht wieder auf das Bett gelegt. Reinigungsmaterial wurde in Bad vergessen.. Das Einzige, was aber eigentlich nicht nötig war, es wurden die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Personal hatte wohl nicht wirklich Lust was zu reinigen, sonst hätte sie / er gemerkt, dass die Sprühflasche mit Putzmittel bei uns...
