"Misleading pictures and reviews led me to believe I'd be staying in a picturesque little inn instead of a trucker layover that this place actually is. Dead flies on the carpet, an unseemly bathroom with the baseboard half-detached and looking rotten, an AC that was so loud it made sleeping almost impossible... Otherwise, the stuff was friendly, the bedding was fresh, and we haven't been mugged, so I guess three stars is warranted. Did I mention a midnight train that rushes within earshot?"

"My stay at Star City Inn & Suites was friendly,the lady that is over the place was very understanding to my situation, death situation and my dogs 2, I was given a ground floor room next too the outer door to make it easier on me physically. The air conditioner was Great! The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. My step-brother even went out of his way to get a room at the hotel. The staff was very accommodating. if I'm ever this way again l will stay here again."
