"Hotel was lovely, rooms were fantastic as I think they had just been renovated. The food was great, we had breakfast each day and dined in the restaurant too. The only downside, and this is not a negative as it’s totally necessary to keep to the high standards they set, was that the downstairs bar was closed for refurbishment. As said, if it improves the place even more then fantastic. We are touring at the moment and doing three nights in each location and to date this has been my favourite....

"An older hotel so the room was dated. However, it was clean and the bed provided a good sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for exploring Celle!"

"Reception was closed when we arrived but there was a self check in at the front door. It gave us the wrong key to start with but this was very quickly sorted after a quick phone call. Our room was bright and comfortable although the bed was slightly hard but that’s just my opinion. The only negative I can think of is that the hairdryer overheated and cut out easily.The breakfast was lovely, both continental and eggs bacon and sausages. Service was excellent. We were even able to borrow very good...

"Great hotel, would have rated 5 stars but we stayed there on a Monday - restaurants closed, limited dinner options in the bar lounge. Long wait for everything. Beverage prices excessive for the quality (e.g., Grauburgunder by the glass @ EUR 11/100ml would have to be remarkable; the wine on offer was of low complexity, flat, not fresh)"

"Great hotel. Lovely short walk to the centre of Celle through the park. Room had nice decoration, which was modern and relaxing. Breakfast had a great spread. We stayed with our 3 month old and was so easy, with friendly staff and the room was quiet."
