We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and the pool and facilities were great however there were a few hiccups. After booking well in advance we were told the day before our check in that we would have to move rooms halfway through our stay due to a room allocation error. We were told by the assistant manager who was lovely and very apologetic at the time that they would reimburse us for one nights stay for the inconvenience however this was never followed through. Not one person mentioned it during our stay and after trying to contact the hotel after our checkout we have since heard nothing. On the day of the room move we were made to feel as if we were the ones who had caused the issue and on top of that, were walked in on by three seperate housekeepers who had not been told of the situation. One of which woke up our sleeping baby. We were initially happy to move but after a few incidents of poor communication it ended up leaving us frustrated and unfortunately means we won’t be staying again.

I found the place run down and dirty. Had mold on the back of the bathroom door, balcony was dirty and had the pleasure of looking at a window covered up with used Coles shopping bags. Room was meant to be deluxe but very average. Felt like they had put some pictures on the wall and thought this is deluxe. Pool is good but very busy. Other family members stayed in alternative accommodation on the same street at a similar price that was light years better. Would advise to stay elsewhere unless all booked out.

Great Location
Compact apartment in excellent location overlooking Hastings Street - 150 m from Noosa Beach. Not very new but good condition. Apartment has only a lounge (no chairs) but is ok for casual meals etc.

We both loved how close the Mantra is to all the great places to eat and drink in Hastings st . The pool area is also great We did not have kids with us but all the kids that were there in the pool were having so much fun

We had a great stay here. Loved the location and the facilities. The room itself was a bit dirty and broken in a few areas but this didn’t bother us at all as we were only back in the rooms to sleep. We spent our days in the pool, spa and out on the town. If that’s what you’re planning on doing then we definitely recommend! Great location!

2 night stay
We stayed for just 2 nights to finish off our school holidays and catch up with interstate family. We arrived a bit early so was given a card that allowed us access to the property to come and go as we pleased whilst our room was finalised, which was nice. The room itself was lovely and set out well. Loved the dual shower heads and the toiletries and towels were all A1! The only problem we had was the ribbish from the previous guests hadn't been emptied so we had to get that sorted. Lovely place to stay, right in the thick of Hastings St.
