I don’t usually write reviews but thought I’d share our family experience here. Property was amazing, clean and perfect for our family. The area is perfect for walking and easy access to shops and restaurants.
Only gripe we had was a resident next door knocked on the rear door and complained we had the music to loud. We have a baby so we are not party people by any stretch and it was 6pm coming from the TV. We didn’t make a big deal and we immediately turned it down as it seems there are many elderly residents here and we respect that. But what was disappointing was the next morning at 7am we had gardeners mowing and whipper sniping our area with no notice or regard. Again we just let it go.
When we checked out we were not asked how our stay was or if there was anything that needed attention etc because the host was “busy” on the mobile phone. We have stayed at Ivory Palms many times which is near by and always loved our stay and the hospitality we kind of regret not going there as we wanted to give this place a go.
Unfortunately we won’t be back or recommend family staying but we most definitely be back at Ivory Palms. Much more family oriented and friendly this place better suited to retirees.
