"We were greeted by Melissa and Anastasia yesterday afternoon and they were so friendly and positive and helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it smelled so nice everywhere we went. We swam with family and had a great time and when I asked Anastasia about pool toys she brought some in and that was great. She also gave us extra towels after swimming. On checkout this morning Patrick was so helpful and nice. We will make this our place to stay when we are in Milwaukee in the future. ...

"Location was great & close to everything we had planned out to do. However, our room could have been cleaner. There was a giant hair in the bed when we pulled down the covers the first time. The tv remote was filthy & had sticky stuff all over it, which grossed me & my husband out. The rest of the facility was fine. But those two issues stuck with me. Your staff was quite nice & accommodating when we would ask for more washcloths & for restaurant recommendations. "

"I have stayed here many times but not since the renovations and even then it was a great stay! The Staff was fantastic and welcoming, we received an early check-in, food and beverage credit PLUS a room upgrade. The room was spectacular, The Pfister King Suite ... we hardly wanted to leave it. The history and overall vibe of this hotel is wonderful, plus a great lobby bar with several dining options on-site. We can't wait for our next stay and will be back. "

"Check in was a hassel front desk person was not nice or professional i had informed her i was extending my stay and she was very rude about how i had to proceed. Morning staff was quite the opposite she was kind and professional took care of everything with no problems and kept me in my room. She saved the trip experience for me. "

"Everything was good except the bed was awful. it was a spring mattress that caves in when you sit on it. When you lay in it, the mattress is sloped to the left so you can tell thats the side that all the guests sleep on because its close to the night stand and theres a chair and ottoman that kinda blocks you from getting in on the right side. Not just this one, but ALL hotels should rotate their mattresses to prevent this from happening. Also, I understand that theyre cheaper but spring...
