"Stopped here before with no problems. Unfortunately on this occasion our booking was not on the hotel system. Obviously a system error between hotels.com and the hotel had caused the problem. However the booking was eventually found and sorted. The manager was very apologetic and gave us free breakfast for our inconvenience."

"Overall it was an enjoyable experience. however the view from the room window itself was terrible bins and rundown back of building. The sink and some tiles on floor were both cracked. It had clean bed. and I liked separate sleeping room for daughter. the restaurant was timeless classic. It had beautiful bar area and nice pool. grounds were fantastic. "

Whilst the food in the restaurant is amazing, the only criticism I have, is there needs to be more obvious options for families, 3 main course and drinks for over £100 pound for adults is fine for the quality of the food, but way to expensive for a family. "Fantastic accommodation & service. We stayed in the cottage which had 2 double beds & a large shower room upstairs. Downstairs there was a large lounge with separate conservatory. A wonderful private garden with decking & sun loungers. We had breakfast & dinner in the hotel on both nights & the food was fantastic. The staff were equally wonderful & nothing was a problem for any of them. We were down for Crufts at the NEC & took a taxi which was about £20 each way. I would definitely...
