During our most recent stay, I mistakenly booked a single room instead of a double, but the staff was incredibly understanding and quickly accommodated the change for two guests. The location is excellent—very walkable and conveniently close to everything you need in Zurich. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout our stay. "This hotel is very centrally located, with a unique concept. Loved the bar and reception area, with a very friendly and helpful staff. The room was amazing, with a large bathroom and eco-friendly set up. The walk to the room was a bit longer than expected, but with the size and set up of the room, it was well worth the walk. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Geneva. Loved everything about the hotel. "
