"The property was in great condition as well as the room. Wonderful quiet rooms, free wi fi, all clean, neat, new appliances and amenities. The check in and check out is HORRIBLE, it takes entirely too long to check in or check out, only one person working desk and they were overwhelmed. I was very upset about having to wait so long.close to an hour each time, sucks. Never had this happen before. "

"This was one of our first couple trips now that my husband has retired. We loved staying at the Chateau. It is a beautiful place to stay and the staff is so pleasant. The scenery is truly a great part of Gods creation. We had a wonderful time and hope to visit again. Thank you so much"

"The only reason it wasn't 5 stars across the board is due to the construction going on but that is understandable to be doing in the fall and winter when its less busy. We enjoyed our stay and the room was nice (the wall paper in the master bathroom could use some fixing). "
