"The room was great, short walk to the beach you did have to pay to use the beach but hotel gave you a 1/2 off coupon still cost 15 dollars a day but close proximity to restaurants and shops all in all I would definitely stay again"

"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."

"The property was able to give as an early check-in and a room upgrade, which was awesome! The power did go out during the middle of us cooking Father's Day breakfast for my husband. It never did come back on before we had to check out, so we had to pack up all of our eggs, etc. and eat breakfast at an off-site restaurant instead. As we checked out in the dark, nobody even apologized for the inconvenience. I know it wasn't their fault, but a "Sorry for the inconvenience!" would have been...

"My wife and I with our two teenage daughters stayed here for 3 nights. We had a one bedroom suite, very nice layout, Lots of room, very enjoyable "
