"Ci sono stati un po' di problemi di comunicazione e per trovare il posto giusto, perché è venuto fuori che la suite prenotata non era all'indirizzo indicato ma in un altra location, a qualche minuto di macchina di distanza. Una volta arrivati al posto giusto, è venuto fuori che la casa era stata preparata per 2 persone e non per 3, nonostante noi avessimo prenotato per 3 persone. "Very glad we found this spot. It took a lot of research to find a place for my family of 6. It was clean and safe. The man checking in was very helpful and polite - worked well with language app SayHi. "

When we arrived, nothing of all the equipment metioned in the description was available but when we asked, they immediately provided everything (towels, toiletry, hairdryer, coffee and tea...). Wifi quality average: not working in the bedroom. Not enough powerpoints for charging battery. Apartment was not bad but could use some renovation. Very friendly and helpfull staff at reception!"
