"Initial impression is very good, clean and modern looking. When we first arrived, the hot water was not up to snuff and the room refrigerator was not cooling. After I brought this to the staff's attention they had people there within ten minutes to fix issues and they did. The only problem with our queen sized room with ocean view, was that there was no closet or chest off drawers so you literally have to live from your suitcase., Ahhh the staff, simply incomparable, smiles, helpful, congenial,...
