"After booking at another location down the road and spending one night, I knew we needed a different hotel. Boy am I glad we did! This place was beautiful. The kids loved the lazy river. The 3 bedroom condo was so well-appointed. We loved the balcony overlooking the golf course. We were even able to see the nightly Dollywood fireworks and some of the drone show! What a treat. The only thing that was tricky was the landscapers parking in the main roadway each day. There really is nowhere else they could park thought so we understood. It just made it tough to navigate parking with a larger SUV."

"This hotel was in a great location in Pigeon Forge, was super clean, the pools (two outdoor and one indoor) were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing with many different options, the a/c was cold, shower hot, staff was super friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and easy. I requested a first floor room and they made sure that’s what they gave me. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone traveling to Pigeon Forge!"

"My husband and I travel a lot and we’ve Stayed at a lot of different hotels. I was little turned off by the hotel when I pulled up because the outside makes the hotel look a bit dated. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked through the door!!! I Love the location. My husband and I were also very impressed with the Front office manager, John hog what an incredibly nice man. "

"Stayed for one night coming in after office hours. Hotel was accommodating of our late arrival. For the price, one of the best rooms I've ever had! The room was for sure dated, but well taken care of and clean. Parking lot was well lit and I felt our car with 4 bikes on the back was in a safe location."
