"The hotel said they had not received my bookings evening though they confirmed it on email. The manager told me they were fully booked and we couldn’t stay there which I find hard to believe. The manager and his colleague even laughed a couple of times between themselves while this was going on. I found that insulting."

"This was the worst Hotel I have booked in my life. The rooms were stinky and seepage was there. Extremely poor cleanliness. No room service. Dirty bedsheets and towels. Even the buckets in bathrooms were very dirty. Somehow we spend a night there but it was a nightmare."
