"Solange was very helpful. Accomodated to change room for two double beds with no problems The pool was very relaxing and met my expectations per the online pictures. Breakfast area was very bright with lots of windows and ample room. Selection was well provided including eggs and the coffee machine had excellent coffee to my surprise. Pillows and linens were very clean and comfortable. Kitchenette well equipped except no utensils on arrival had to ask for some."

"This was my first visit to Lourdes and my stay at the Panorama hotel could not have been better. The staff were so helpful and friendly - Veronique and Daria especially. The location is perfect for visiting the Sanctuaire and there are lots of shops, restaurants, cafés, etc very close to the hotel. "

"Booked for 3 nights. Left after 2 as soon as we could get booked in elsewhere. I understand it’s “budget” but the rooms are more like prison sells. The bathroom was filthy, mould all around the edges, brown splats up the door. Door was falling apart at the bottom. It was 25° when we stayed and the aircon wasn’t working. It was unbearable in the room. We kept trying to catch someone on reception and every time we went down no one was around. If you are booking a family room with bunk bed, be prepared you will need to set this up and put the sheets on. The only thing that I would say was a good point was that the car park was secure. The town has very little in it, so it’s all fast food outlets."
