I booked a specific king bed room with French door overlooking creek for 2 days. We got delayed due to a snow storm and didn't arrive until the next day. Hotel refused to cancel day 1. So we kept the reservation for day 2. Upon arrival and checking in, we went into the room and immediately found that the room was slept it because the bedsheets where all over the place. We complained and the hotel moved us to a double bed room without a view. There were multiple stains on the bedsheet. I even got bit by something in the bed and was dizzy for 2 days. Talked to Expedia about this experience and they said hotel owner will not refund any of the cost. Main thing here is I paid for a better room than I was given. Clearly owner doesn't care and Expedia doesn't care enough to do anything about it. Would not recommend staying here.

It was a very nice, quiet quaint place. The staff were very helpful and personable. The room was comfy, clean and big enough for two people to maneuver around. One of our friends with us shower and water pressure was horrible but they apologized and sent someone to fix.

I love this place. Stunning water area, super fun to watch the different species of fish swim. I loved the pools and my room was spacious and beautiful. Only thing I would change is if they put coffee creamers in the rooms. Super nice staff and house keeper. I hope to stay again in the future.

Being able to step out of our room right onto the canal and marina was so charming! The decor, cleanliness, and comfort of the room were perfect. It was our favorite place we stayed in the Keys.

Decent little motel. It’s a bit noisey being right on the side of road. Did like the water in back and boat dock availability. I just feel for the age and conditions it’s overpriced. There are much nicer properties in this price range in that area

Loved staying here. Enjoyed morning coffee outside at the dock behind the Inn. Great location just off the highway and close to many local restaurants and the marina.

I can’t speak for the entire property but my room was not satisfactory at all and I left a list of issues from the dirty towels, the loud bang all night, to the mold around the light
