"The property is everything you would expect for the price. It's well priced and OK location - staff are friendly and helpful. The TV in our room didn't work - it was promptly swapped out for another. Washing machine in guest laundry was not working - and didn't get fixed during our stay which was not so good. And complimemtary breakfast was minimalistic, but again for the room rate charged it's OK."

"This hotel charged $64.00 security deposit at check in. Room was not smoked in it was left in good shape. The only reason they have for not returning deposit is that they are committing fraud and using Expedia to do it. Other than that the stay was fine "

"I had a great experience at this Hampton Inn. The staff was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early due to coming from northern Michigan where we have been without power for over a week. My room was lovely. I could see where extra care had been taken. My only complaint is that the coffee in the morning was lukewarm at best. (Decaf, and this was at 7:30 am.) And the breakfast bar was rather sparse. But I was meeting friends at a nearby restaurant so it was ok. But I was surprised...

"The customer service was AWESOME. The hotel was very nice, breakfast had a wide variety of foods, pool was clean (on the smaller size, but the grand kids loved it). We checked in on a Monday and kept extending our stay. James, at the front desk, was VERY pleasant, very efficient, and super knowledgeable. Definitely will be back!"

"Very attractive, generally comfortable hotel. We had an "accessible" room that was huge. Bathroom was large and would easily accommodate a wheelchair even in the shower. The negatives (for us) were that we found both beds to be too soft. Also, although the restaurant was attractive and the server was great, there were no vegan options for breakfast except for the buffet but that cost $24. We just don't eat that much for breakfast. (I had a nice yogurt and fruit bowl for $10 but yogurt isn't...
