We are just got hone from a 6 night stay. Staff,food fantastic along with verything else the only down side was that the pool is freezing so couldnt go swimming. Which is the one thing i love doing.xx

Labelling the food at the buffet so that anyone with allergies can easily identify the food to avoid More atmosphere /back ground music in Italian and buffet / the dining area - whilst the areas are comfortable they appear a bit stale ‘cafeteria’ . That said la graciosa met all standards of a lovely atmospheric night and maybe other dinning should take a look at this venue and adapt

Lovely property and friendly helpful staff. Dining options were excellent and food was of a high standard Our room was very comfortable - particularly as our balcony faced the sun - not all do as we heard from other guests. Pools were not heated so with the windy weather and the slightly lower temperatures not much swimming took place. It is worth bearing in mind that Reserve guests have access to a pool, lounge and other facilities which other guests don’t Booking dinner proved problematic (although the buffet option was always available) and sitting up til midnight to grab an online reservation became a nuisance. WiFi was slightly odd with much dropping out and signing on - but not a major issue. We would stay here again.

Being honest, we had wanted a short trip where we could soak up some sun (being from the UK) and didn't have to leave the property we were staying in, eventually we landed on Paradisus and I'm so glad we did. The hotel is beautiful, very unique architecture and well maintained, it definitely has 'wow' factor. The large pool area is immaculate as well as being lovely and quiet (probably down to it being January but the fact that it's adults only didn't hurt). There is have beautiful live music playing during some meal-times, during the day and entertainment in the evenings which adds to the relaxing ambiance of the hotel. Dailos welcomed us when we arrived and is just the loveliest person, although all the staff were extremely friendly and courteous throughout the stay. The room was quite basic and a bit of a struggle if you're working while away as the table is quite small but it was very clean and comfortable. There are 3 restaurants on site, we had heard the Italian was the best but that was our least favourite of the 3 (maybe we just ordered wrong), both La Graciosa (local cuisine) and Samira (middle-eastern) were impeccable. We used the buffet on two evenings and felt that was the only part of the stay that didn't feel up to the 5* rating; it was a typical buffet with things being a bit cold and not a huge selection but overall we were happy with the stay and felt the all-inclusive aspect to be well worth the cost.

This rebranding has pluses and minuses. The rooms are great but I’m not a huge fan of all inclusive. The food options at dinner were not very varied. The speciality restaurants were Greek/Middle Eastern which was good, Italian - ok not great and Canadian which we didn’t try. I love this hotel but the food is not 5 star hope it improves

Très calme. La promenade au bord de mer qui mêle paysage et shopping est très agréable. Le point négatif reste probablement cette jolie piscine d’eau salée qui n’est absolument pas chauffée. Et comme Lanzarote est une île où il y a beaucoup de vent. Se baigner relève du courage ! Mais les transats en quantité suffisante, vous permettent néanmoins de passer un bon moment, en sirotant des cocktails délicieux! à recommander pour un séjour relax et de haut standing. Encore merci à tout le personnel pour le travail fourni. Mention spéciale à Brian à la réception principale un jeune français qui Vous aidera dans toutes vos démarches. Séjour agréable
Séjour globalement très bon. Personnel agréable et serviable, propreté irréprochable. Un bémol sur la qualité des produits alimentaires, et plats très orientés vers la clientèle anglo saxonne. La Réserve n’apporte pas grand chose de plus, pas de produits exclusifs ni de services particuliers…

Essen im Hauptrestaurant waren eine Katastrophe. Kalt, nicht gewürzt und fad. Die Themenrestaurants waren in Ordnung, aber weit entfernt von dem was man bei diesen Preisen erwartet. Personal zum Teil unfreundlich und unmotiviert.
