Tel Aviv is a mixture of newer buildings--like the Savoy Hotel--and old run-down ones many of which are covered in graffiti. The Savoy is in the midst of both kinds of buildings. However; it is easy to overlook the graffiti-covered buildings because the hotel is so close to the Mediterranean Sea. We would gladly stay here again. "

"A pleasant surprise in Tel Aviv. Spacious suite with a balcony with a partial Seaview spotlessly, clean and very modern. Staff was uniformly helpful walking around the area was very pleasant, especially the beachfront promenade, which is a short walk from the hotel. I will definitely come back here. "
