"Nothing extraordinary with the exception of their fitness center. It has a lot more than just a few dumbbells and a treadmill. You can use their rower machine, elliptical, cable machine, etc. Is paid parking which is unusual ($10/day). Definitely not a bad deal for what you get in return for your investment."
