Although this property is not pristine, the staff is very nice and friendly. If you are looking for a 5 star resort go pay for that. But if you need a nice getaway on a reasonable budget then give this place a shot. You are not going to find these amenities for less.

For the most part the rooms were okay they need to do a better job of the floors the flooring was coming up by the adhesive didn't like the fact only one trash can the box spring was broken windows were not clean but the staff was super friendly and for the most part it wasn't that bad but definitely cleaning needs to be improved

We chose this hotel because it was late and right off the highway. I didn’t read reviews until after booking but they were all true. The hotel was pretty gross. The bed was clean at least but everything else looked like it hadn’t been wiped down or vacuumed in a while. When I asked if they had water the staff said it was at the breakfast station but that was empty and didn’t even consider doing anything about it. But I’m sure they are paid terribly so to be expected really. Anyways, I hope they consider cleaning the rooms.

Put in room that had no telephone service, no WI-FI, television had one channel. After 2 hrs moved to another room. Took a shower and the water would not turn off, steady stream running.

We were grateful to get a room that was accessible, as we requested, and the manager was polite. The dining area and common bathroom downstairs was very dirty and in need of attention. The bathroom in our room was also dirty.

It's a good thing I got all my shots before staying here. First, the property is in serious disrepair. Several of the side doors are not only not locked, they don't even close all the way. The back door was tied together with a plastic bag. So that's a big security concern. There's light damage bascially everywhere in the hotel: scuffed mouldiing, broken elevator lights, dents in the walls, cracks in the tile. The carpet in my room was sticky. The bedroom smelled slightly of pee, the bathroom a little like vomit. The window A/C unit got cold, but damp air came out. There's a wall HVAC control that's completely broken and makes me think that at one time it had central heating and air. I missed the breakfast, but judging from everything else I probably just missed a bowl of stale cereal with a human hair in it. The one good thing I have to say is that the young man working the front desk is friendly and professional. Then again, he's the only employee I ever saw. If he was running a six story hotel by himself, that might explain everything.

Both chairs need to be replaced one was broken and the other one was so low it was very hard to get out of. The beds are to high. Hand rails need to be installed at both ends of the bath tub it is very unsafe. Curtains need to be put back on rod part is down.

Room hadn't been cleaned. Asked for change in room staff member was accommodating, and apologetic. Very rowdy at night, felt unsafe. Bed was comfortable though.
