While making the reservations via phone I was informed only one room was available but upon checking Expedia there were 2. To ensure I booked myself a room via Expedia then called back to reserve a room for a fellow coworker . I am the admin assistant for my company and is my job to book rooms for myself and other employees . Upon check in I was not given my employer discount rate but my coworker whom room I booked received the discount . The second night stay was horrendous and adding an extra guest to a room is nowhere on the site nor policy but considering it was a suite with a queen bed and an extra pullout couch an extra guest shouldn’t have been a problem considering the room was paid for in full upon check in . Customer service is awful and I I’ll not stay here again .
