"Excellent experience. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. They always made sure we felt at home and had what we needed. The resort itself is stunning. The rooms were gorgeous, and always very well kept by room service. The pools were always clean, and so was the beach infront. The restaurant was amazing, every meal was incredible. We cannot recommend the breakfast buffet enough! So so many options, and everything was so good. The only thing I would note is that the resort is not located in any major city. If you wanted the “city experience” it would take at least 35-45 minutes from the resort to get that. We loved it because it meant peace and quiet were we where, and free transportation is provided daily to Chewang and Lamui. The beach itself was not high enough to swim in while we were there, but with pools right there is was not a problem. Chewang also has a stunning beach. Overall, highly recommend! "

"This is a nice place to stay for the money!!! The rooms are clean and neat with no ants or anything like that. The air conditioning works great !!! Breakfast was good there and the staff was friendly!! The pool is Large and Clean my kids loved it. "

"The place itself was very nice and staff was very friendly. It is definitely tailored towards couples with a tub on the balcony, dual shower faucets in the shower, beach cabanas, etc. Still would be great for family as well. There is an herbalist cart within the hotel as well if that is something you want. It is not a noisy area, you will pretty much only hear the occasional small boat traffic. It is a small fishing village though so aside from snorkeling the reef and seeing pig island (Koh Madsum), there is not much else to do unless you have a vehicle or take a taxi which would be some distance. For activities, this isn’t really the place. For a nice relaxing and/or romantic getaway, I would book again. "

"We stayed two weeks and I wish we could have stayed longer. Super clean, gorgeous location, 24/7 front desk service, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone greeted us with smiles for the entire stay and were so kind and thoughtful. Aster was fantastic and such a joy to chat with. We really appreciated all her tips and suggestions. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious too. This was the highlight of my year and I will really this place and the team. Thank you so much! "
