"It was a nice hotel to stay for a long weekend. The description says the rooms are sound proof but I disagree with this, the traffic noise from outside was really quite loud in our room, it woke us multiple times during our stay. Similarly the description also suggests there is a ‘pillow menu’, not sure what that is, we had a choice of a harder memory foam pillow or a soft one, that was the extent of the menu. "Stayed for 3 nights in a family room with bunkbeds. Beds were very comfortable, room spacious and very clean. Location ideal 2 min walk from underground station and 5 min walk to potsdamer platz centre"

"This is the 2nd time staying at this hotel. Very good location for West Berlin whilst also a lovely walk to the East side. Hotel very clean, breakfast variety is very good, however, the ‘hot’ food selection was good but cold every morning (we had breakfast for 3 mornings). Not sure why as I’m sure it was all hot and fresh last year. "

"My check in was WONDERFUL! I’m celebrating my birthday here in Berlin and couldn’t have had a better check in experience. I felt so welcome, ALL 3 staff members somehow knew me immediately and had been expecting my arrival! They sang me happy birthday and were so excited I almost cried! My room had a delicious chocolate cake and lovely note, I couldn’t recommend a hotel more. I had just arrived after 14 hours of flights, they truly made me so unbelievably happy! "
