I picked this hotel for its closeness to the train station so that after a long flight (with children and luggage) to Tokyo we could get there easily and quickly. The hotel is in a great spot, the surrounding area is really charismatic and the room was really clean and functional. We had a window we could open which was a plus as sleeping in air conditioning always makes us feel a bit yuck. Great start to our trip in Japan!

Excellent location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and nice despite of not being too spacious. Wonderful public bath; very recommendable. Only downside was the breakfast which was very badic, small, and tasteless.

This property was super amazing. Was so clean, location was amazing, close to so many stations but out of the hustle bustle. Loved our stay here! We started 2 times and would come back again. The staff were so amazing!!!!

We loved our 3 night stay at &Here Ueno. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and attentive. Certain staff also spoke English very well making it really easy to communicate. The rooms was spacious for my family of 4 (18yo & 11yo kids) Location was perfect and out of the hustle and bustle. Still walking distance from the main shopping and dining streets. Ueno park is stunning to walk around and so peaceful. We didn’t get to explore the entire park and walked past the shrines and around the lake. Definitely would recommend it for families.

Location was very good except in the evening, it’s a red district but it’s not a problem as we were travelling as a family so they don’t bother us. Public bath was very good. Very convenient to train stations.

Awesome hotel for families! We booked the Takumi room for our family of 4. It is so spacious that I would say 6 can fit. Back door of the hotel leads to the alley of night clubs but it still feels safe and clean to walk alone at night as everyone is very respectful. Closest metro station is Yushima.

Beautiful hotel with newly renovated facilities and room is perfect sizes with Japanese tatami sitting area. Room also has kitchenette with minimal kitchenware and big fridge which you can make simple meal in the room.
