"The view from the room window was of a construction backyard. The staff was not the most friendly. The issue with Europe rooms is the guest count and they really nickel and dime on number of people. The hotel did allow us to check in early which was great. The first room did not have AC working and then they rushed us moving to a different room. Very convenient location as it’s few steps away from the water taxi station. Good sized bathrooms and not cramped place. "

"I had a beautiful room…except: it smelled awful every time we came in. It smelled like backed up septic. I had to open the terrace doors (which were lovely)…except one had some broken glass.
