"A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "I wanted to thank those who worked here, especially the lady who spoke English at the front desk. We were very out of our comfort zone. "Unable to stay at this place. It did not like a hotel. It looked like a haunted house. Empty, dirty, and no staff. It is surprising that Expedia has this on the list of hotels to stay in. "We were given a room with no view of the ocean at check in, even though I was sold an ocean view room. It appears many of the rooms at the hotel have their view obstructed by a building in front. The front desk originally objected, but we were finally given a new room after waiting for an hour and it had a better view. "
