"My wife and I loved our stay at the Kagabi Yuzen townhouse! We stayed for a few days and it was a wonderful location to walk from to get around Kanazawa, which ended up being our favorite city during our trip around Japan. The property itself was very cozy. "The smell in the house is awful everything smells like old mold and nothing is updated. Its very cold downstairs and hot upstairs. If you like smelly clothes and short to railroad this is it. Retro for some people but really paint is not that expensive and some updated heating and cooling would be nice."

"Two tech issues compounded by lack of human service: 1) Unable to check in using house iPad, which asked for Passcode not provided. 2) Could not connect to wifi. Was able to "saved, secure" but not connect with either of our two devices. Research online regarding "wifi saved secure vs connect" indicated house router likely needed to be reset. Management non-responsive."
