"My friend & I can to Traverse City for a long weekend.The staff here were very friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was pleasant. The breakfast attendant, Margie was extremely helpful with our touring plans. She gave us maps and very good suggestions of places to visit & a few winerys to enjoy. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends for cleanliness, friendly staff & reasonable price."

"Upon arrival, and AFTER check-in, we were informed that that the ski facilities and onsite restaurant would be closed during our stay. Despite efforts by Hotels.com to assist, we were unable to receive any refund...even after only staying one of the two nights. Long story short, when booking with this resort, make sure that amenities (such as dining) and that facilities (such as skiing) will be available."

"Nice hotel. A few minor things. Several carpet tiles on the 4th floor were loose and out of place. The Wifi was not very good. I ended up using my hot spot for data whule we were there. But location is very good and staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again."
