"The good - Location was great, pricing was great, room was clean and very spacious. Has an actual stove to cook. The bad - the room was listed with hair dryer but there was none. No free breakfast included, BUT has free coffee, fresh fruits and snacks. Over all, exceptional value for the price you’re paying. It’s also about 30-40 minutes fro Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor."

It required several rounds of email to confirm the registration and several email emails/text for checking, etc. There is such thing of too many steps/or information. "Booked this hotel out of necessity because we wanted to do the bioluminescence tour in Castine (also highly recommend) and the Bucksport Inn just happened to be conveniently located. So glad we did! First, the service was exceptional. They called us the morning of our reservation to inform us that the TV in our room was broken, but to offer a different type of room (2 queens vs a king). We declined because we didnt care about the TV. Not only was I impressed with their kind communication, but...

"The apartment is nice and clean and well maitain. However, we need to buy a fan from Walmart, to circulate the air in the bedroom since it is located in the back, the cold air from the front of the apt can not travel to the back."
