"Loved our stay here! The solaria is the perfect spot for a trip to Hanoi, highly recommend staying here. Lily was particularly memorable. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. She was fantastic. The service from other staff was amazing. They are very friendly. They all speak English well, making it easier to communicate as a tourist. Location is perfect, easy to walk to all the good spots in the old quarter. The rooftop bar is lovely and Johnny was very energetic. We did hear some street noise but that is unavoidable in Hanoi, and Friday nights there is live music on the rooftop bar. The hotel also packed us a breakfast/lunch for our trip to Sa Pa when we checked out very early in the morning. Definitely recommend staying here! "

"Hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter area, making it very accessible to different points of interest (eg hanoi opera house, hanoi weekend night market, Kiem lake and French quarter). The staff are very friendly and helpful and deliver one of the best services. They were even offered and helped cook porridge for me to take out due to my early flight time. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay."

"The breakfast is good in this hotel and this hotel is nearby to all the food places and is walkable distance to the Train Street and water puppets show. The rooftop bar is under construction atm so expected to have some building work noise. Overall this is a good hotel to stay in."
