This is a virtually new hotel, only opened 18 months ago we understand. Great room and great location for sightseeing by foot. Extremely clean and a professional team to welcome and assist. If I return to the city we will stay here again

Beautiful Hotel in Troyes
This is a beautiful hotel with gracious and helpful hotel staff. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were beautifully decorated. The location was convenient to the city center. We did not have time to try the spa, so we will return as soon as we can.

Très bel hôtel, propre et chambres récentes avec un bon design. La qualité de la literie et l'insonorisation des chambres sont remarquables. La fenêtre s'entrouvre et ne permet pas de disposer d'une parfaite aération de la chambre. La qualité de service, bien que bonne dans l'ensemble, mériterait quelques ajustements : la femme de chambre ouvre la porte alors que nous étions en train de dormir (facile à savoir car la carte de la chambre était dans le badgeur) et nous avons été déçus par l'absence de prise en compte de nos demandes au bar.
