Kate at the reception is kind, friendly and helpful. Fabulous breakfast. The hotel is quiet and has beautiful mountain view. However, the bed seems to be a bit too soft. "

I have booked Hotels in Italy where they state payment in cash only no cards"

A sash on one of the windows was broken, so I did mention it. The food and service was excellent in the lovely restaurant. Staff very friendly and efficient. Thank you for such a delightful stay.
