"Just wonderful. You will not find this level of service even in Mombasa and Nairobi hotels. The staff is amazing as are the culinary creations from the on-site restraunt. There is nothing I can say negative about this experience. In the jungle living like a king. To those who expect National Geographic please set your sites lower. "We had an incredible stay. The hotel is staffed with wonderful people. Learn to say hello and thank you in Swahili, you will get beautiful smiles in exchange. Our room attendant kept our 2 rooms very clean. We saw a lot of elephants at the waterhole. We also saw giraffes one day and Hendry the hippo was there often too.
