"Solo female traveler/nomad here (PL/USA) It had a gear price and was only 3 min drive from the beach with a lot of parking space, so if you rent a car that's a big plus. George, the owner/manager was a superb host, quick to respond to all questions and requests... also great cook! He was always somewhere around the property and when I texted him (WhatsApp) he appeared within few minutes, always polite and in good spirit. "Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a suite and it was excellent. the front desk staff were super accommodating and always seemed to be working, no matter the hours. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We rented a car and there was underground parking. We love walking and could easily walk to the old town ( about 20 minutes) and eat and shop. However, there was also an amazing bakery about one block ( around the corner)from our hotel where we picked up breakfast and sandwiches for the day....

"The staff were all very friendly and plenty of them speak English. The condition of the room was fanatic! Even though the building is very old, since it’s located in the center of “Old Town Chania”, inside you’d swear you’re in a newly built luxury hotel. Very centrally located for walking everywhere!"

"The owner is amazing. My phone had died so I didn't directions to get to the hotel. I found a shop owner that called her and she walked 10 minutes to where I was and walked me back. Each room is individualize and mine had a private entrance. There were lots of personal touches that made the place feel special. I can't recommend this hotel more. If I am ever back in Chania I will stay here again."

"The place is on a great location, it is very clean and the stuff is really nice. The balcony is great. I stayed there for multiple times and I will definitely come back. Only thing that I was sad about was the shower. It was broken and the water was going all the directions you don't need."

"The hotel is very clean, the area is nice, you have a bus station to Chania 3 mins away from the hotel. Did not try the nearby restaurants but you have a couple of options from what I’ve seen. The only complaint would be that you need mobile data since the Wi-Fi is very slow, but mobile data has good speed so I didn’t mind."

"The unit has high ceilings, it's quiet, and it's modern and clean. The kitchenette could use a microwave but it is serviceable. The washing machine was excellent to have. The beds were very comfortable and there is lots of closet space. The apartment is right downtown in the old part of Chania with several of eateries close by (walking distance) and a party atmosphere. The parking was a nightmare, impossible to find any open spaces. "
