The hotel is dated for 4 stars. Stayed at both 2 people and 3 people rooms. One room the toilet flushing got problem and it took 2 days to fix and one room the toilet door is mouldy. Customer service center staffs very helpful and responsive. The shuttle bus service is good though the drop off locations difficult for tourist to remember. Location of the hotel is great for transportation (MTR nearby) and tons of dining options. around. Will use the hotel again if price is right.

I can walk to the subway with cover in 10 minutes. Dinning and shopping is easy around there. You can always get a seat in the subway train. It is just right for me

It is not a 4 stars hotel. To me, it is 2 stars. It is old, but the problem is dirty. Bathroom is very dirty. There are some sticky staff on wall tiles and floor as well. I can not hang my clothes on bathroom door because it is very dirty and moldy.

OK living space for the price, but very minimal room amenities. No drinking water provided for free. Walls thin so you hear people talking in the halls as they pass outside your room. We heard construction noises as well. Cleaning crew come by once every 2 days. Close to metro and there's a shuttle to the airport outside the hotel at an affordable price.

Hotel needs a lift
Hotel is too old and a lots of amenities are not working. AC temperature regulator is not working, Room either too hot or too cold. Water filled up in sink and can’t drain fast enough, some of the buttons in the hotel elevator are not working. We have hard time going to 22nd floor. Overall we are not satisfied with the hotel conditions and will not stay here again

Panda hotel
The rooms were fine a little tired. However, the bathroom was grim. Mouldy, poorly patched up repairs and needed renovating. There was a constant smell of damp and mould in the bathroom and the rooms even with two purifiers in there. The purifiers didn’t seem to do enough but made a constant noise which was louder than the a/c. Nevertheless, the staff were lovely, friendly and efficient. It is no fault of their own that they work in a hotel that needs an overhaul.
