"Ideal location next to tramstop to the heart of Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach within minutes. Property was nice and well equipped with everything we needed (we had a studio). The view from the room was gorgeous!! Reception were very helpful and accommodated our out of hours check in. Only difficulty was parking in the car park as we checked in late but we used street parking and then moved the car to the car park when others had checked out the next morning. "Designed for families! We had a wonderful time! The staff were awesome, super fun and interactive with the guests of all ages! Plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy, the set up is great! A schedule of what is on and what can be booked is sent to your phone as soon as you check in. Several well priced options and you don’t even need to leave the hotel, however if you do the tram is nearby so transport is easy. We stayed in a deluxe room which is one of the newer rooms and no complaints....

"I was so happy with my room with the ocean and city view.. loved it! The only downside was the squeaky bed otherwise the housekeeping staff made up for it.. my room didn't need daily cleaning but they were very happy and obliging when i asked for extra amenities. All stores were of walking distance so it was handy to leave our car parked up for our whole stay. Am definitely staying again! 👌"

"The shared facilities were very good with a nice BBQ area, pool & spa, plus billiard table and table tennis table. The kitchen facilities inside the unit were a little sparse with not enough plates, cultery, placemats, etc for 6. Also cooking pots & pans, serving utensils were a little lacking."
