"Service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was spot on. The lady spoke a little English and us even less Slovak but we smiled and laughed our way through the check in process. The room was surprisingly big (I think a suite) and and shower etc was well maintained. We slept well and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. For the money we paid I couldn't find flaw in anything"

"The heating was not working and it was uncomfortably cold, reported the issue and it was still not fixed the following day. The bed was also very uncomfortable and they struggled to speak English so it was quite difficult to communicate even during simple check in. "

The double room we had was very clean which was serviced every day and the bathroom had a hairdryer. There was also slippers and bathrobe. "All good, not so busy in the hotel. Relax zone/ SPA nice, water bit colder for a youngers, but soune nice and not packed. Food rich and sufficient, wide selection. "

"The staff was very friendly, with a wonderful breakfast. The location was good, situated just south of Zilina, not far from the D1, making a great central base for day-trips to Zilina, Orava, Cicmany, and elsewhere. The beds were not terribly comfortable however and could use an update, along with the linens. Otherwise, I would happily stay here again. "
